This piece portrays Our Lady stretching Her embrace, not to keep, but to gather, gently, anyone who is lost, burdened, or left behind.
She asks no questions, She doesn’t weigh worthiness, She simply opens Her arms, again and again. In a world torn by fear, grief, and division, She remains the one we can still run to, soft and warm.
“Compassion” marks a new beginning, when She no longer holds just Her Son, but opens Her arms to the whole world.
No longer just His, now, she is ours.
